ITSM in the summer semester 2026: No courses due to research semester

In SoSe 2026 ITSM pauses due to Prof. Wiesche's research semester - information on alternatives and examination.

In the upcoming summer semester 2026, the IT Service Management (ITSM ) module will not be offered as usual due to a research semester by Prof. Wiesche. There will be no lectures and exercises.

For students of Business Informatics in the 4th semester who have to repeat the ITSM exam, a written exam will be offered at the Department of Computer Science. Registration takes place as usual via the system for computer science exams.

Students of Business Informatics in the 2nd semester are recommended to take the Business Process Management module instead.
