Starting Your Erasmus+ Journey
The deadline for Erasmus+ applications is always the end of January for the upcoming winter semester and the following summer semester. We then review all applications received, allocate the places and inform you by mid-February via email about the allocation and the next steps. You then register with the International Office, draw up your Learning Agreement, we nominate you to the university (3-6 months before your stay) and you register there. The International Office provides more detailed information on all steps.
Please check the websites of the host universities before you apply: Which countries are of interest? What language skills should you have? How do the courses offered there fit into your study plan? Please let us know about such considerations in your application and we will take them into account when allocating places!
Late applications for the summer semester are possible in exceptional cases until 31.07., provided there are still places available - simply apply via form or e-mail as usual, we will then check whether the desired goals can still be fulfilled. Please note that payment of the scholarship cannot be guaranteed.
Information Event
Every year, we organize an information event for studying abroad. Everybody interested is very welcome.
The date is aligned with the application deadline of the Erasmus+ Program (31.01.) and usually takes place in the beginning of January.
