TU Dortmund University's Faculty of Computer Science awards a sustainability prize for the first time

The Faculty of Computer Science is offering the Sustainability Award for the first time in 2024. All members of the faculty can participate until 30.9.2024.

The Faculty of Computer Science at TU Dortmund University is committed to the 17 goals of the UN Agenda 2030 for a decent life worldwide and the preservation of the natural foundations of human life(https://sdgs.un.org/goals). In order to support and intensify this contribution and make it more visible in society, the Faculty of Computer Science at TU Dortmund University is awarding the Sustainability Prize for the first time in 2024.

All members of the faculty are invited to take part in the competition of the same name. Entries can be submitted until September 30, 2024; the prize, which is endowed with up to 1000 euros, will be presented next winter at a suitable event.

The Sustainability Award of the Faculty of Computer Science at TU Dortmund University is to be awarded annually in future and is supported financially and ideally by the Computer Science Alumni Association.
