At the 14th International Workshop on Resilient Networks Design and Modeling, Stephanie Althoff and Jonas Grobe received the Best Student Paper Award.
Their paper investigates error resilient routing in networks with unidirectional links, such as sensor networks, and proposes and positively evaluates how previous algorithms can be successfully adapted or rethought for this field of application. Overall, only less than 10% of the submissions were accepted as full papers. The co-author of the winning paper is Professor Klaus-Tycho Förster from Chair 4 .
